A few words about Flavio Giuseppe,

The Founder

Tram Anh, Tu, and Kelly, three lifelong friends, saw the potential to revive a cherished local restaurant that had fallen on hard times after its previous owner retired. Combining their diverse talents and deep-rooted family culinary traditions, they spent seven years meticulously researching and perfecting their crawfish and pho recipes. Each dish on their menu, from Tram Anh’s grandmother’s pho to Tu’s family’s signature crawfish boil and Kelly’s passed-down spring rolls, was a labor of love and dedication. Together, they transformed the restaurant into a thriving hub of authentic, delicious cuisine and warm hospitality, capturing the hearts and taste buds of the community.
